The W/S 83 Hoover Criminal Gang [ETHCG] also known as the Raskals, are a predominantly African-American street gang located on the Westside of South Central, Los Angeles. The Hoovers are a gang that claims neither “Crip” nor “Blood”, they work on their own, the only Hoovers that claim Crip are the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips, which are both Gangster Crips and Hoovers at the same time. The more notable race of the Hoovers are African-Americans, don’t make that believe that they aren’t multi-racial. The Hoovers go all the way back to when there were no “Crips” or “Bloods”, under the name of the “Hoover Groovers”. After the Crips were founded, the Hoovers adopted the name “Hoover Crips”. Around the 1990s all Hoovers (Except 52 Hoover) abandoned the Crip affiliation, for a reason that is unknown. The Hoovers removed Crips replacing it with “Criminals”. Ever since then, the Hoovers have been pushing the EBK (Everybody Killer), and ABK (Anybody Killer). There are many different Hoover gangs in other cities, such as Houston, Washington, Oregon, Oklahoma, and many more. We’ll be roleplaying the Los Angeles 83 Hoover Criminals, so please don’t get it confused. We are aware that in other cities there are different politics, but we are going off of Los Angeles politics.
