[i][b] [size=150] W/S Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips[/size][/b][/i] The West Side (W/S) Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are an African-American street gang found in the west side of South Los Angeles, California, just down Van ness ave. Their neighborhood stretches from Van ness ave and western ave, between Manchester Blvd and Century Blvd, around Jesse Owens Park. This gang falls under the "deuce(2x)" and Neighbor Hood Crip card and are friendly towards all Rollin 0's and Neighbor Hood Crip sets. The Rollin 90s Crips are one of the most active Crip gangs in South Los Angeles. The (W/S) Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips was founded by Jamal Shakir around the 1990s.The Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are still an active crip gang to this day, a lot of the members were later incarcerated for murders, drug charges, and attempted murders. The rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips would start to become more active over the years.
